About Me

Hello, I’m Megan!

I work with people and communities who are navigating seasons of struggle, uncertainty, and change. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: real change doesn’t happen through pressure or quick fixes, but through steady support, honest reflection, and practical steps that fit real life.

This work is very close to my heart.
Growing up with long-standing struggle and limited opportunity shaped how I saw myself and what I believed was possible. For a long time, it felt like life had already decided the limits. There were seasons where progress felt slow, yet they became moments of shaping. Learning to trust and having faith was at work even when doors seemed closed, and to move forward with what was already in my hands changed how I saw possibility.

That journey shaped the way I walk with others today. I don’t believe in pushing people before they’re ready, or offering solutions that don’t fit their reality. I believe in meeting people where they are, listening carefully, and supporting growth that feels achievable and sustainable.
My approach is what I call Transformational Extension. It brings together inner change, like shifting limiting beliefs, rebuilding confidence, and finding clarity with practical application in everyday life. Growth isn’t only something we talk about; it’s something we learn to live out in our decisions, opportunities, livelihoods, and communities.

This work supports individuals who feel stuck or discouraged, people shaped by long-standing struggle who want a better way forward, and leaders or community groups carrying a vision for meaningful, people-centred change. Whether the work happens one-on-one or within a group, the focus stays the same: walking alongside with care, realism, and respect.

If you’re looking for a space that feels steady, honest, and grounded, where change is approached gently and step by step, you’re welcome here.
More About My Journey
Along this journey, there came a point where my own story needed to be written not to highlight pain, but to honour the faithfulness of God through seasons of waiting, healing, and becoming.

What began as a personal act of obedience became a book shaped by reflection, faith, and the quiet work of transformation. It tells the story of learning to let go of limiting beliefs, walking through inner healing, and discovering that closed doors do not mean the end of the road; they can become places where new understanding and purpose are formed.

My memoir was written for those who feel delayed, discouraged, or uncertain about their next steps. It is an invitation to gently unlock shut doors, doors shaped by past pain, trauma, grief, disappointment, or long-standing struggle, and to step forward with renewed hope, clarity, and courage.

If this resonates with you, the book is available as a companion for your own journey of reflection and growth.
