We aim to process and deliver all physical orders with care and efficiency. Please review the information below regarding shipping and delivery.

 

Order Processing

All physical product orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

Orders that include custom or made-to-order items (such as printed T-shirts or mugs) may require additional processing time. Production timelines will be communicated where applicable.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package size and weight

  • Courier service selected

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Delivery Areas

We currently ship within South Africa.
If international shipping becomes available, updated details will be published on this page.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Main cities & metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Outlying or rural areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

Tracking Information

Where applicable, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking information provided.

 

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that:

  • Your delivery address is accurate and complete

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel where required

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and order details

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or resolution.

 

Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to collect

  • Refusal of delivery

Additional shipping fees may apply before re-dispatch.

Please note that digital products, programs, memberships, and coaching services are not shipped and will be delivered electronically.
